Regardless of your clean up project it can become overwhelming.  We want your dumpster rental process to be smooth and hassle-free, start to finish.

Find a company that can provide you with a dumpster within 24 hours, if not same day.  If you are quoted a week or more for delivery, when you are ready for pickup that might also delay how quickly they can take it away.  We don't want that for you or your neighbors.

Dumpsters may leak, they aren't water tight.  If it rains it could leak from either end depending on the slope of your driveway.  The leaks will sometimes contain rust from the dumpster. If you notice rust stains simply rinse off the area with a hose as soon a possible.  Rust marks will sometimes require more effort to remove. If not removed, it could become permanent.  

It is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to dispose of liquids, paints, solvents, oils, or fuels in the dumpster.  These are hazardous wastes and since dumpsters can leak, not only could they spill on your property, we are not legally allowed to transport containers with hazardous waste.

Common sense is very important when loading the dumpster.  Loose and light weight items such as paper, leaves, or bags can fly out at highway speeds.  Bag paper and leaves and put them under heavier objects at the bottom of the dumpster.  Never fill above the top of the dumpster.  it's against the law to fill above the "Do Not Fill Above This Line" sticker.  The dumpsters are loaded onto the trailer at a steep angle.  Overfilling can cause items to fall out, and we wont be able to take the dumpster until overloaded items have been removed.
