Carolina Classic Dumpsters are designed to not break your driveway. Our equipment is designed specifically for placing roll-off dumpsters with minimal impact.  However, if not positioned well they can potentially cause damage.  It is very important that you hire professionals who will take enough time and care to make sure proper steps are followed:

• We will assist you to choose a location that is both level and stable.  Avoid placing on grass or soft ground areas since it will sink or shift under the weight.
• Do not overload dumpster.  Stay within the weight limit and spread materials evenly so that it remains stable.
• Remove obstacles.  Make sure the area around the dumpster is clear of anything that might be damaged by, or prohibit safe access to, the dumpster. 
• Protective barrier.  Consider using a plywood surface for an extra layer of protection for your driveway or yard. 

Taking these steps will mitigate the risk of damage to ensure a pleasant and worry free experience.

You can put just about anything you would like in the rental dumpster except for concrete, bricks, rocks, dirt, shingles, and hazardous materials, including asbestos.  If you are unsure, please do not assume, call us to find out.  Thank you!

Yes.  We want you and your neighbors to see a clean dumpster, so we wash them weekly. Our professional image is very important to us as well.

We have two answers: If you pay by credit card ahead of time you do not need to be there.  If you pay cash at delivery for a discount you will need to be present for delivery.  

However, in either case we prefer for someone to be there to best determine the location and to go over the paperwork.

Our dumpster's in most cases can be delivered the same day, or the next day.

You pay a flat fee for up to 2 tons.  Most household cleanouts do not come near that amount if the rules for approved items are followed. If you go over 2 tons, or if the dump flags unapproved/banned items and charges us, you will need to pay the additional cost if/when charged by the dump.  We will only ask for an amount equal to what the dump charges us, with no markup.  No surprise charges!  We've heard some companies have been adding hidden fuel surcharges, other fees.  We do not play that game!  Go to our Homepage for details of unapproved/banned items.

Yes and yes.  Our basic dumpster rentals are for up to one week, unless otherwise set up for you. If you fill the dumpster quickly and contact us to take to the dump, that rental is over.  If you want a dumpster brought back, or a second dumpster at the same time, that is a new rental and charged as such.
